Keep your cooking oil fresh
Simple storage habits so every drop tastes as good as the first.
Cool, dark and closed
Light, heat and air are what make oil go stale. Store bottles and jerrycans with the cap tightly closed, away from the stove and out of the sun.
Use a clean, dry spoon
Water and crumbs shorten the life of your oil. Pour or scoop with clean, dry utensils.
Don't top up old oil
Finish a container before opening the next, and don't mix fresh oil with used oil.
Check the date
Every MAMI pack carries a batch code and date. Use older stock first.
