Made withMAMI Sunflower Oil
Ingredients
Method
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the tomato, onion, cabbage, green pepper and a pinch of salt, then whisk well.
Heat the MAMI Sunflower Oil in a wide frying pan over medium heat.
Pour in half the egg mixture and spread it into a thin round, about the size of your chapati.
When the bottom has set, lay a chapati on top of the egg and press gently so they stick together.
Flip after a minute so the chapati warms through, then slide onto a board, egg side up, and roll it tightly.
Repeat with the rest of the egg and the second chapati. Serve hot.
